Members of our Disciplinary Board Muammer CEYRAN A graduate of electronics, Mr. CEYRAN completed his higher education in Communication Technologies. He began his career as a technician in 1998 and, over more than 25 years, has built extensive experience in routing and switching technologies, taking on key projects as a network specialist. He is an expert in deploying and operating Cisco Catalyst Center. He currently leads Field Services and Network Technologies and also serves as acting manager of the Quality and Organisation department. Mr. CEYRAN holds significant responsibility for improving internal processes, optimising workflows and raising quality standards, with a particular focus on ISO compliance, process management and organisational efficiency. Yeşim YILDIZ KOZAK Ms. Kozak completed her higher education in Banking at Marmara University and in Business Administration at Anadolu University, and holds the Capital Markets Level 1 and Level 2 licences in finance. She began her career in 2013 as a finance specialist, handling accounting and finance. She joined Trustnet as Finance Manager in 2018 and continues in that role. She is experienced in preparing financial reports on budgets, payables, receivables and expenses, developing long-term business plans from these reports and managing investments. Ms. Kozak provides senior support on financial risk analysis and internal financial discipline. Yeliz ÜNLÜ SÖZLÜ A graduate of the Child Development programme at Üsküdar Mithatpaşa Girls' Vocational High School, Ms. ÜNLÜ SÖZLÜ joined Trustnet's Sales department in 2017. After completing certification in accounting and finance, she moved to the Finance department in 2023, where she is responsible for invoicing, delivery notes and payment tracking, customer reconciliations, staff expense tracking, and company events. Alongside her role as assistant finance specialist, she serves as acting assistant manager of the Quality and Organisation department. She takes on responsibilities for improving internal processes and raising quality standards, and provides important support for ISO compliance, process management and organisational efficiency.
