Deployment and Integration

From design to production.

We address network, system and security deployment from site readiness through controlled transition and operational handover.

Overview

Deployment and integration aim to validate the organization's workflows on the target infrastructure as well as activate equipment. The Trustnet catalog also identifies cabling, system rooms, relocation, inventory, training, surveys and software updates as complementary services supporting this preparation.

Site survey and physical readiness

A survey assesses existing connections, equipment placement, power and access conditions alongside the application's site requirements. Fiber and copper cabling scope follows the selected equipment and connectivity needs. Identification, labeling and agreed verification records create shared information for installation and operations teams. System-room design and deployment also address equipment placement, power and maintenance access as part of the physical preparation.

IT relocation and transition coordination

A relocation plan identifies dependencies, sequence, maintenance window and rollback conditions. Prepare current inventory and configuration records beforehand. After the move, validate critical application transactions as well as equipment startup. Local staff, system owners and technical teams work from the same plan during transition. Define change approval and escalation before execution begins, with responsibilities visible to the people coordinating the move.

Inventory and configuration information

Inventory management can include location, connectivity, software versions and technical ownership alongside a device list; the project defines the relevant fields. A usable record helps support find the affected system and dependencies. Associate installation changes with the target design and acceptance record. Establish the scope and update owner of the delivered documentation so previous records are not confused with the new environment.

Software updates and controlled validation

Check the target release against the platform and existing integrations before a software update. Preparation, configuration records, sequence and rollback conditions belong in one change plan. Revalidate management access, connectivity and required user transactions afterward. A newer release is not automatically the right choice for every environment: connect the decision to support scope and the organization's needs, with the relevant owners reviewing the proposed change.

Training and operational handover

Training follows the responsibilities of the teams that will use and support the installation. Explain user workflows, administration, alarms and investigation steps to the relevant audience. Delivering acceptance records together with current architecture, inventory and configuration information gives support a clearer starting point. At closure, identify which responsibilities belong to the customer's team and which belong to the team providing the agreed support scope.
